About the Role:
As a Risk Management Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe working environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Store Leadership in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. You'll work closely with our Asset Protection team to ensure that all necessary procedures are followed to prevent losses and maintain store security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Store Leadership in conducting regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and develop action plans to address them.
• Collaborate with the Asset Protection team to investigate incidents and implement measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with store staff, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results and delivering high-quality outcomes.
