**About the Role**

We are seeking an Operations and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide technical support for software applications, hardware, and other technology-related issues.
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, communicating effectively and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively complex administrative experience, including executive-level support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.

Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
