Join us at Stanford University as we seek an exceptional candidate to serve as Assistant Director, Native American Cultural Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our programs and services, including training and supervising a team of student staff members.

About the Role: Lead and manage program(s) or function(s) under minimal supervision. Administer, implement, and interpret university and department policies and procedures on issues regarding admission, financial aid, housing, registrar services, visa services, student life, advising, career counseling, and academic services.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences, client groups, and management. Advanced analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to ensure and apply compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.
