Senior Program Manager, Native American Cultural Center

The Native American Cultural Center (NACC) plays a crucial role in promoting wellness within the Native community at Stanford. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our programs and services as Assistant Director, Native American Cultural Center.
Job Purpose: Lead and manage program(s) or function(s) under minimal supervision. Administer, implement, and interpret university and department policies and procedures on issues regarding admission, financial aid, housing, registrar services, visa services, student life, advising, career counseling, and academic services.
Core Duties: In partnership with NACC Associate Director, train and lead a student staff team of approximately 10-12 undergraduate and graduate students that will directly support the day-to-day operation of the center and its programming. Serve as a NACC team leader/member for the Stanford Native Immersion Program (SNIP), NACC NSO, Reunion Homecoming, Admit Weekend, annual Stanford Powwow, and Native Graduation.
We offer a competitive salary range of $91,874 - $96,000 per annum. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences, client groups, and management. Advanced analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to ensure and apply compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.
