We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to provide daily assistance to our user base. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in both collaborative and independent work environments.
Key Qualifications:
- An associate degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or equivalent experience of 5+ years in a related technology domain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, SQL, Business Central, CRM, Mac hardware, and various peripherals.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational abilities and training skills, with a focus on collaboration across departments.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support including application testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and assist in developing training materials.
- Offer technical expertise for Microsoft applications such as Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365, and CRM.
- Work closely with IT Infrastructure to ensure the support and maintenance of application servers and hardware.
- Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation for application configurations and training purposes.
- Evaluate and recommend updates and maintenance support.
- Participate in project requirement gathering and implementation.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and support communication systems including telephony and cabling.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $31.25, along with an annual discretionary bonus.
