Role Overview

As a Senior Implementation Manager at Tier4 Group, you will play a critical role in driving strategic tech solutions and innovation. This position requires MUST-HAVE experience in Charles River Investment Management to lead critical support for order and execution management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Be the go-to person between business teams, tech, and vendors
  2. Design and implement solutions to drive business success
  3. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues
  4. Create detailed user stories and support documents in an Agile environment
  5. Monitor production platforms to ensure smooth operations and system health

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or relevant experience
  • 5+ years as a Tech Business Analyst or Product Manager in investment/wealth management
  • MUST-HAVE experience with Charles River Investment Management (2+ years hands-on)
  • Knowledge of order management systems, SQL, and Agile methodologies
