Job Summary

nLIGHT is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support Admin to join our team. As a key member of our support operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless communication with our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to service requests and dispatch technical personnel as needed.
  • Monitor service engineer availability and alert the manager of any shortages.
  • Manage customer service requests via email, logging request times and details, and responding to customers in a timely manner.
  • Update Salesforce CRM with meeting notes, opportunities, and customer profiles.
  • Manage service contracts and warranties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with service quotes, using the Customer Support price list, and provide purchase order validation for service requests.
  • Manage spare part orders and returns, RMA support, and material transactions.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely shipments and custom clearance as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Highly organized and comfortable taking charge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Salesforce and FS360 Service CRM tool experience a plus.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly pay range of $18.00 to $23.00.
  • Target cash bonus with potential payout of up to 2% of wages.
  • 80 hours of paid vacation per year, plus paid sick leave and 10 paid holidays.
