Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Supervisor to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our In-House Marketing department, you will be responsible for conducting new hire onboarding training, ensuring Sales Compliance online courses are completed, and providing coaching and support to new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly training sessions for underperforming agents
  • Welcome guests warmly to the resort and provide them with information about the resort, activities, and services
  • Support new technology rollouts and sales initiatives by becoming a Subject Matter Expert
  • Train representatives on new technology to ensure adoption and utilization
  • Maintain above budget penetration rate of assigned guests and ensure overall penetration is above budget
  • Coordinate with sales regarding new/changes in marketing programs
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; College degree in related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Detail-oriented with multi-tasking abilities in a busy environment
  • Ability to effectively coach, counsel, and motivate direct reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • Working knowledge of marketing databases
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Must have Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience
