Job Overview

Chambliss Group, a prominent entity in the petroleum sector, is in search of a dedicated and dynamic professional for the role of Corporate Operations Manager.

This position is integral to the seamless functioning of our office environment. Success in this role demands a quick learner with exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong aptitude for tracking information and enhancing existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of office operations, including personnel management, payroll processing, human resources, banking, accounts payable, insurance administration, and coordination with the accounting department.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including organizing company meetings, managing schedules, drafting corporate correspondence, and coordinating travel logistics.
  • Assist both internal and external stakeholders by providing necessary information and support via phone and email.
  • Gather and compile data as required.
  • Analyze historical data to support new business development initiatives.
  • Evaluate processes and implement necessary improvements.
  • Monitor financial performance by tracking revenue and expenses; facilitate the collection, consolidation, and assessment of financial information; prepare specialized reports.
  • Support other departments by researching and interpreting policies; apply insights and recommendations to operational challenges.
  • Ensure financial integrity by establishing and recommending internal controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in learning new systems.
  • Experience in bookkeeping.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong phone etiquette.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience in managing finances and bank deposits.
