We are currently seeking a Corporate Securities Associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. This role is essential for handling securities-related matters and will be integral to our Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Group.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to manage compliance with the '34 Act and '33 Act, alongside significant expertise in capital markets transactions. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Public and private offerings of equity and debt securities
  • Corporate governance issues
  • Exchange listing requirements
  • Rule 144 compliance
  • Section 13 and Section 16 matters
  • Familiarity with executive compensation

We are looking for a self-driven, confident, and personable team player with outstanding academic and professional credentials. Admission to practice law in the relevant state is a prerequisite for this position.
