Position Overview: Facilities Operations Coordinator

The Facilities Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting a team of Facilities Managers, working in unison with support staff to oversee maintenance, repairs, and services across a designated portfolio of locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing facility maintenance and work order processes.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality Facility Management services.
  • Ensure compliance with JLL's operational standards and audit requirements.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Implement safety practices and ensure adherence to local regulations.
  • Foster collaboration within the account team to drive best practices in Integrated Facilities Management.
  • Support soft services as needed, including meeting logistics and vendor coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a corporate or service provider environment.
  • Strong communication, managerial, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and enhance user experiences.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for this role is between $60,000 and $70,000 annually, inclusive of potential bonuses. This range is an estimate and may vary based on individual qualifications and market data.
