About the Role

EAB is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Associate to join our Real Estate and Ops Support Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day facilities operational needs, supporting audio-visual requests, and ensuring our office spaces are optimized for productivity and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily office walk-throughs to ensure every floor is clean, functional, and fully prepped for productive work and meetings.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, manage freight shipments, and coordinate smooth delivery of resources across the team.
  • Coordinate building access, assist with assigning, troubleshooting, and administration of security credentials for EAB and its subtenants.
  • Be the go-to person for facility-related issues, diagnosing problems, implementing fixes, and improving spaces for the better.
  • Schedule, document, and oversee maintenance and repair visits to ensure our facilities are always running at peak performance.
  • Remain accountable to service tickets, seeing solutions through in a comprehensive and timely manner.
  • Support setup and teardown of furniture, equipment, and audio-visual systems for internal and external events.
  • Maintain knowledge of building systems, security, and safety protocols to ensure everything operates smoothly and in line with best practices.
  • Assist with scheduling building amenity reservations for EAB and its subtenants.
  • Connect with staff to build rapport and understand their needs, expectations, and requirements to achieve a high level of service and excellent employee experience.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or GED
  • 1+ year work experience
  • Demonstrated success delivering service both internally and externally and record of achievement
  • Proven multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated organizational and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Experience using Zoom, Outlook, Word, Excel, and familiar with Power Point
  • An eye for detail, ensuring every space is clean and well-maintained to the highest level
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to effectively and efficiently solve problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with staff, partners, and subtenants, understand their needs, and provide top-notch service
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis
  • Capable of standing for long periods of time
  • Positive, polished, poised, and professional
