Job Overview:

This role is pivotal in overseeing a global team dedicated to enterprise data center operations and all provisioning aspects. The primary focus will be on the solution architecture, design, and implementation of SAP ERP solutions utilizing SAP RISE on S4HANA, along with middleware and foundational platforms, ensuring seamless integration of non-SAP, Cloud, SaaS, and data center systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for ERP SAP, encompassing architecture and design, with a solid background in deploying SAP ERP solutions on Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) through both greenfield and brownfield methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP RISE and integration with non-SAP systems is advantageous.
  • Collaborate effectively with peers, partners, and system integrators to guide the direction and roadmap for environmental infrastructure in an enterprise-level setting.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technical solutions to meet project and overall business needs.
  • Conduct performance testing and manage multi-system job processing and monitoring, with familiarity in Control-M job scheduling being a plus.
  • Oversee object propagation for large-scale enterprise systems, taking charge of Transport Management Cloud/SaaS configuration and management.
  • Ensure project management aligns with targeted business outcomes.
  • Analyze and compare the financial implications of various technology alternatives.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of system development life cycle methodologies, including work breakdown structures, RAID logs, and critical path analysis.
  • Provide hands-on support to assist team members or stakeholders as required.
  • Design and implement SAP Cloud Services, Solution Manager, and ALM, with essential experience in S/4HANA installations and upgrades in Cloud environments, utilizing both Greenfield and Brownfield migration strategies.
  • Lead and execute system migrations, both homogeneous and heterogeneous, including DMO and system moves, with a minimum of two migrations to Azure.
  • Support the architecture design for SAP Central Finance, Ariba, and SAP Hybris (C/4HANA), while managing S4HANA database replication (HANA 2.0); experience with SAP EWM is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Over 7 years of experience in HANA architecture, design, blueprinting, and project execution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP architecture, designing SAP solutions for both on-premises and Cloud environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Center or Cloud operations.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, Cloud networking, and firewalls.
  • Ability to implement security protocols, including identity access management, multifactor authentication, and single sign-on.
  • Experience in hybrid environments, both remote and on-site.
  • Demonstrated leadership by addressing issues proactively.
  • Proficient in SAP migrations to HANA using the latest tools like DMO and SUM.
  • Experience in implementing ERP solutions on SAP Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure.
  • Strong performance troubleshooting skills and familiarity with SAP best practices, including Fiori (Hub/embedded/SAP Cloud Platform).
  • Linux experience, including SLES, system prerequisites, sizing, tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of database management.
  • Experience managing SAP BTP and familiarity with BTP and other CAS packages from SAP.
  • Proven track record in implementing SAP S4/H Private Cloud Version solutions across multiple regions.
  • Understanding of network load balancers, F5 NetScaler, or web dispatchers.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with multiple vendors and manage groups to achieve final solutions.
  • Lead the establishment of roadmaps and lifecycle management, collaborating closely with operations and project management teams.
  • Familiarity with Azure or other hyperscale platforms, along with excellent communication skills and experience in SAP sizing and infrastructure.
  • Experience in all aspects of large-scale Enterprise Architecture projects, from identification and planning to cost estimation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and production.
