Job Overview

Hansel Automotive Group is on the lookout for a Claims Processing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our outstanding customer service reputation.

This role involves managing warranty claims and ensuring accurate payment processing from manufacturers. Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in warranty claims within an automotive dealership setting.

Objective of the Role

The primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with clients, service personnel, and manufacturers to guarantee prompt service delivery, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete, and following up with customers to confirm their requirements have been fulfilled.

Compensation Structure

The anticipated monthly earnings, based on standard performance, range from $5,500 to $6,500.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and coding warranty claims for submission to manufacturers for payment on services rendered.
  • Reviewing and reconciling various warranty schedules.
  • Managing appeals for claims as necessary to secure payment for completed work.

Required Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in Automotive Warranty Processing.
  • Familiarity with automotive warranty protocols.
  • Comprehension of Automotive Service Terminology.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must pass a drug screening.

Compensation Details:

The Claims Processing Specialist position offers a pay scale that includes an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $23.00, depending on experience, along with potential bonuses based on individual or team performance.
