Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and close deals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Management, Sales, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship building
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
