Technical Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivers expert assistance for end-user interfaces, encompassing desktop systems, software applications, and hardware components.
  • Conducts thorough analysis, diagnostics, installation, and resolution of desktop and remote access technologies.
  • Oversees network cable management operations.
  • Provides valuable insights to the Desktop Services team and selects suitable tools for effective service delivery.
  • Independently designs and implements desktop solutions.
  • Serves as a technical liaison between user groups and IT stakeholders.
  • Manages the lifecycle processes of desktop technology.
  • Coordinates technical work orders for desktop installations and modifications.
  • Exhibits creativity and initiative in troubleshooting challenges.
  • Maintains and updates technical documentation and inventory records.
  • Effectively resolves trouble tickets and service requests.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a desktop support environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Windows desktop operating systems.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving PC hardware and software issues.
  • Intermediate understanding of LAN configurations.
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to foster positive collaborations across teams.
  • Knowledge of network system devices and client software.
  • Skills in audio-visual setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in printer maintenance.
