Key Responsibilities:
As a PCA, you will provide care to residents under the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.

Specific duties include:
• Taking and documenting vital signs.
• Measuring and recording height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supporting residents with meals and hydration.
• Observing residents' skin conditions during care and reporting any changes to the licensed nurse; providing necessary skin care.
• Addressing residents' mental health and social service needs.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• CNA certification that is less than 120 days old or a valid CNA license.
