Job Description

**Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Role at BrightStar Care**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at BrightStar Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting, and mobility support.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and providing transportation to appointments and activities.
  • Document observed changes and report to the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a CNA license.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of CNA experience.
  • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • Licensed driver with an insured automobile.
  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with varied assistance depending on client mobility.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
