We are looking for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about delivering practical rehabilitation services in diverse settings, including homes, schools, workplaces, and community environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Your Role Will Include:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducting assessments and creating tailored treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing challenges.
Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of treatment strategies, participating in team meetings, and engaging in family discussions.
Performing discharge assessments and providing recommendations for safety in home and community settings, along with educational resources.
Effectively communicating patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, and family members.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and improved patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
What You Will Need:
A Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
A valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
A minimum of one year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological conditions is preferred.
Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with the movement of patients, which may involve lifting up to 100 pounds following safety protocols.
Physical requirements include fine motor skills, visual acuity, and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Additional Physical Requirements:
Frequent pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning.
A health screening or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy and regulations to ensure the employee is capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
