Maven Clinic, a pioneer in virtual care for women and families, seeks a results-driven Senior Client Success Manager to join its Client Success team. This role focuses on supporting strategic accounts, serving as the main point of contact for large employer clients (20,000+ employees).

The ideal candidate will be a strategic adviser, project manager, and product expert, collaborating with client leadership, broker partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of large employer clients and serve as the face of Maven Clinic for all client-related needs.
  • Maintain high levels of client engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through regular communication and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, data, and marketing, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Provide strategic analysis of member engagement performance and program metrics.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services in digital health, healthcare companies, benefits, or SaaS organizations.
  • Experience working with large employer clients (20,000+ employees) is required.
  • Strong leadership skills and effective problem-solving abilities, with capacity to expand and lead a growing team if needed.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
