About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of our Home Health patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all clinical programs, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
  • Quality assurance and training of clinical and home health aides, with a focus on excellence and patient satisfaction.
  • Leadership and management of a team of healthcare professionals, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ability to travel within the Home Health geographic area, approximately 50% of the time, to support patient care and team operations.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and 5+ years of RN experience, preferably in Home Health.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nurse, long-term care, hospital, or home health environment.
  • Proven ability to delegate and oversee care, with excellent judgment, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be on call during weekends with flexible hours during the week as needed for patient care.
