Autism Therapist Specialist

Compensation and Benefits- $60-$85 per hour or $70,000-$90,000 per year

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA, you will:
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans for children with autism
- Provide behavioral therapy directly to clients
- Supervise other staff during sessions to ensure high-quality care
- Communicate openly with families and state directors to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- Current BCBA certification
- Active LBA certification in Virginia or willingness to obtain one
