Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Support Coach to join our team at The Faison Center. As a key member of our community living program, you will work closely with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities to support their pursuit of maximal independence, growth, and fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives and will be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group instruction to adults while using the community as their classroom.
  • Facilitate participation in social, recreational and leisure activities.
  • Help individuals maximize their potential and connect with their community.
  • Collect data to measure individual progress.
**What We Offer:*
  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Flexible schedules (FT, PT, nights, weekends)
