About the Role

Responsibilities:
  1. Receptionist duties for our Blue Bell office
  2. Manage new hire tasks in coordination with the IT department
  3. Distribution of eFaxes and travel booking support
  4. Support executives in off-site entertainment reservations

Requirements:
- Basic experience with budgets, supply management, and process optimization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Confluence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on experience.
