Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Recruiter to join our team at RISE INC FAMILY. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating with management to identify future hiring needs and attracting top talent through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Responsible for the internal and external posting of new open positions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Consultation and Strategy: Collaborate with Program/Region Directors to develop hiring strategies and identify the best methods to find and attract talent.
  • Applicant Pool Management: Maintain a qualified applicant pool and build positive community relationships through job fairs, vendor fairs, and networking events.
  • Interview Scheduling and Screening: Schedule interviews and assist with screening and interviewing as needed.
  • Onboarding and Support: Work with locations Directors and Coordinators to determine programs and fit for new employees and provide support during the onboarding process.
  • Employee Morale and Recognition: Focus on maintaining and supporting employee morale activities, recognition, and appreciation.
  • Reference Checks and Reporting: Conduct reference checks and prepare and distribute reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of recruitment/sales/marketing-related experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, presentation skills, self-directed, personal accountability, excellent organizational and time management skills, proactive, business acumen.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in computer software including Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G Suite, etc.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment law and best practices.
