Catholic Leadership Institute Major Gifts Officer

Catholic Leadership Institute is seeking a skilled Major Gifts Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify, cultivate, and steward major donors to support the organization's mission.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Catholic culture and a proven track record of securing major gifts. They will be a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, cultivate, and steward major donors to support the organization's mission
- Develop and implement strategies to secure major gifts
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and staff
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy Team to achieve fundraising goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in philanthropy, with a focus on major gifts
- Proven track record of securing major gifts
- Strong understanding of Catholic culture and the Catholic Church
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
