About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Client Partner to join our Banking and Financial Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading client interfaces within assigned account scopes and collaborating with Client Partners/Senior Client Partners to build account plans for client management.

The ideal candidate will have significant business development and project management experience, as well as a track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO-level client contacts. You will also have hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management and Business Development: Lead client relationships, build a portfolio up to $10-30M, and lead the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Client Delivery Assurance: Collaborate with all delivery partners involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
  • Account Planning and Governance: Build the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Significant business development and project management experience
  • Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO-level client contacts
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
