**Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Description:

As an Engaging Community Life Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a dynamic and engaging community life program for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, develop, and implement various exercises, social, recreational, and educational events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Resident Programs team in planning, developing, and preparing a variety of activities, events, and programs.
  • Conduct all transportation, including medical transportation, for residents as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of local communities, services, and events and incorporate them into the activity schedule.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive attitude among staff and monitor/attend activities with other disciplines as necessary.

**Requirements:**

  • A high school degree or equivalent; additional college experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a senior living environment is strongly preferred.
  • Two years' experience in activities is strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and general healthcare knowledge.
  • Must be 21 years of age and have a clear and insurable driving record, current driver's license, and willingness to drive a passenger van.
