Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing daily activities that cater to the interests and needs of our residents.
  • Promote socialization among residents through various events, programs, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on activity participation and resident feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-6 months of experience working in a recreational or elder daycare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Basic knowledge of principles for providing customer service, including customer needs assessments and meeting quality standards.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
