We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director for Growth to join our team at Spherix Global Insights US Inc. This role will be a contributing senior member of the marketing team, focusing on refining and implementing a cohesive strategic marketing plan.

The ideal candidate will utilize SEO techniques, paid advertising, social media marketing, and general content creation and distribution to increase brand awareness and drive profit growth.

This role is responsible for managing the marketing team members to develop, implement, and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities will also include improving brand awareness, managing marketing campaigns and PR, planning conferences and events, and overseeing marketing/conference budget.

The successful candidate will identify gaps in current marketing strategy and assist in creating strategic plans for implementing new tactics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Marketing Associates to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally, as well as overall company initiatives
  • Managing the HubSpot platform, including email campaigns, landing pages, and lead management
  • Ensuring HubSpot, Physician Portal, and other website add-ons are fully integrated and accessible for client and internal use
  • Managing annual marketing and conference budget
  • Tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics, providing insights into campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI
  • Working closely with sales, product development, and insights teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Collaborating with sales team to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions
  • Creating and sharing new content through various channels, ensuring a strong online presence for the company brand
  • Launching optimized online advertisements through social media, Google, and directly on healthcare media outlets
  • Implementing SEO techniques into new and existing content
  • Utilizing Google Analytics to create KPI dashboards, monitor website traffic, and analyze performance of digital marketing efforts
  • Own and manage the company website
  • Attending conventions and conferences, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis
  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating copy for marketing campaigns, including press releases, email campaigns, blogs, social media posts, and other marketing material
  • Creating graphic elements and infographics that tie into marketing campaigns

Requirements include:

  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B healthcare market research or agency
  • Experience with marketing CRM platforms, with direct HubSpot experience required
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market research, industry trends, and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to distill insights into product-level marketing (simplify complex information into user-friendly format)
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, communications, or similar role
  • Advanced proficiency with email marketing software, WordPress, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn
  • An eye for visual appeal and brand consistency
  • Advanced copywriting ability and proofreading skills
  • You are a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and without routine management supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and flexibility working across multiple projects at the same time

Compensation package includes competitive salary and benefits (health, dental, vision 401K), commensurate with experience, short-term disability, as well as an annual performance-based bonus for meeting performance objectives.

Position may include travel commitments to attend medical conferences.
