Job Title: Sales Consultant

At Raydia Food Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Meet with customers regularly to discuss their business needs and provide solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Present new products and services to customers, and provide demonstrations to showcase their value.
  • Work closely with customers to develop business plans that ensure their profitability and success.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous food service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
