Requirements:

  • Understanding of residential heating and cooling equipment operation, IAQ, air distribution systems, and basic repairs of HVAC appliances and fixtures
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs, crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead
