Description:

We are seeking a Manager, Price Strategy to join our Growth and Strategy organization at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and overseeing alternative fee arrangement programs aimed at transitioning the firm away from time and material pricing towards value-based strategies.

You will manage the creation and implementation of pricing value-based and offer configuration programs, including content creation, value benefit analytics, and conversion efforts. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and team leadership to ensure the successful execution of pricing strategies.

As a Manager, Price Strategy, you will work closely with the Pricing and Commercial Enablement organization to align function and service unit leadership with strategic plans and processes. You will also conduct research and analysis to develop price measurements across all KPMG functions, utilizing external market research and collaboration with other departments.

Key responsibilities include driving ongoing pricing process improvement initiatives at scale, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing enhanced pricing processes to align with firm growth objectives and market dynamics. You will act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications include a minimum of five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and a Master of Business Administration or relevant Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function, with a demonstrated leadership career path acceleration, is also required.

Proficiency in at least two or more of the following consulting areas: service pricing strategy development, scenario planning, CRM or CPQ implementation support, operational and performance improvement, or other relevant pricing experience is necessary. A proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to succeed, with demonstrated experience in team development and leadership, is also required.
