Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
  • Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions
  • Work with our food program and maintain store appearance
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Interact with customers daily and work with a fun, energetic team

Requirements:

  • Retail and customer service experience preferred
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
