Position Overview

The Ladders is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive professional for the role of Director of Examination Oversight. This crucial position demands a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a strong focus on detail.

Primary Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze trends in regulatory examinations, providing insights to relevant business and operational teams.
- Partner with multiple departments to oversee and facilitate all components of the organization's regulatory assessments, from initial data gathering to follow-up actions and ongoing evaluations.
- Ensure precise and timely tracking of management responses and commitments to regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently address ongoing regulatory inquiries.
- Organize and engage in internal meetings related to regulatory examinations and the organization’s regulatory engagement initiatives.
- Uphold compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and the organization's Code of Conduct.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-10 years of experience interacting with US regulatory agencies
- Strong grasp of business operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-focused
- Proactively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance challenges.
- Lead efforts to achieve the objectives outlined in the organization's Conduct Principles.
