About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Publisher Technologies team at Amazon Services LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering complex programs that have a significant impact on our business and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute programs that drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale engineering efforts that solve complex problems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure program success
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and subject matter experts to provide technical guidance and ensure high-quality solutions
  • Represent the program to executive-level stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on program status and progress
  • Amplify your impact by educating the TPM and engineering communities on program management best practices
Requirements
  • 10+ years of technical program management experience
  • Experience in technical program management, with a focus on complex programs and large-scale engineering efforts
