We are seeking a skilled and professional Pastry Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team at Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club. As a key member of our Pastry Section, you will work closely with our Head Pastry Chef and Executive Head Chef to deliver exceptional desserts and pastries for our popular afternoon teas and 2AA Rosette Anderida Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standards of cuisine, presentation, and food preparation in the Pastry Section.
  • Work collaboratively with the Pastry kitchen team to maintain an efficient, smooth, and quick service.
  • Assist the Head Pastry Chef in maintaining kitchen standards and implementing HACCP procedures.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a high-quality kitchen, preferably with a Rosette star or Fresh food background.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for great food and service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work flexible hours.
  • A good understanding of HACCP procedures and implementation.
