Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Comcast. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Comcast's products and services to individual customers in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services to promote and sell offerings to individual customers.
  • Effectively communicate and develop rapport with customers, evaluating their existing and potential product needs and making recommendations.
  • Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models, as well as competitive advantages over other service providers.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market, independently establishing and organizing daily sales activities.
  • Generate business through established and approved methods of lead generation, implementing effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goal is achieved.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in a residential canvassing sales environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong technical capability, including computer knowledge, billing system, and databases.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
