IT Program Management Office Manager

Job Summary
The Addison Group is seeking an experienced IT Program Management Office Manager to lead our Information Technology Department. This role requires a strong leader who can provide direction over all IT projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the PMO, including office procedures, tools, all IT projects, and the IT Audit function
- Lead and participate in project/area planning, resource planning, and other IT management functions
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all team members to foster a collaborative work environment
- Act as a critical liaison between IT and all business departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet business needs
Requirements
- Management certification, such as PMP or equivalent
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft O365 and Microsoft Project
- Project Management Skills: Expert skills in resource management, project prioritization, timeline management, and project delivery tracking
