Unlock Your Potential as an Account Executive

Dell is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Direct Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding existing ones within a designated geographic territory or product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to capitalize on current and future market trends
  • Work closely with senior management on critical issues
  • Identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries
  • Conduct competitor assessments and evolution of profit pools

Requirements:

  • Experience selling technology solutions
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Good communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
  • 0-2 years of outside sales experience

What We Offer:

  • Total Target Compensation (TTC) range: $133,450 - $172,700 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split)
