Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience.
  • Minimum DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification required (CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Sec+, CND, SSCP).
  • DoD 8570 Computing Environment certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, YAML, JSON, or Ansible for automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud computing with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Azure-based solutions.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Ansible.
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified – Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert Cloud Platform and Infrastructure.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git).
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Familiarization with Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS)-199, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-53A, NIST SP 800-37, and DoD Cloud Security Requirements Guide.
  • Experience scripting using CLI.
  • Experience with Azure Resource Manager templates, BICEP, or similar cloud templates.
  • Github Enterprise, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or other code repositories experience.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • TS/SCI w/CI Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75%.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
