About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team at New Castle Building Products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with contractors, homeowners, and other stakeholders, and driving sales growth through effective quoting, ordering, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Quoting and Ordering: Prepare and submit quotes for potential customers, process orders, and coordinate delivery requirements with our dispatch team.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of our building materials, including roofing, siding, decking, windows, doors, and waterproofing.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and purchasing to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our outside sales team, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Bi-lingual (Mandarin or Pakistani) is a plus.
  • Customer Service: Must have a customer service-first attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills are required.
  • Product Knowledge: Must have a good memory to retain a working technical knowledge of our vast product range.
  • Experience: Prior experience with building materials is a plus.
  • Work Environment: Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, deadlines, and goals.
