Restaurant Assistant General Manager Opportunity

Noodles & Company is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, fostering a family-like atmosphere, and providing an uncommonly good experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team with the General Manager to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and sales results.
  • Provide an uncommonly good experience for guests, fostering a family-like atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Conflict resolution skills required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and restaurant shift managers.
  • Identify and foster talent in your team, develop high performers for promotions, recognize a job well-done.
  • Follow operational and inventory control procedures.
  • Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing.
  • Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in food quality, food safety practices, and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including opening, mid, and closing shifts, as well as weekends and/or holidays.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience.
  • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required, as driving may be necessary.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
