Payroll Compliance Auditor

Schultheis & Panettieri, LLP is seeking a Payroll Compliance Auditor to ensure employers make contributions to benefit funds in compliance with applicable agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset and be able to communicate effectively with employers and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze payroll and related records to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Communicate with employers to ensure all eligible participants receive the benefits they are entitled to
- Prepare various schedules and reports to explain the results to all parties involved
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong Excel/database skills and ability to learn new software
- Basic knowledge of payroll and tax records a plus but not required
- Competitive salary range of $55,000-80,000
- Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD, and 401(k)
