Hiring Incentive: $1,000 for Full-Time LPNs
Salary Range: $29 - $ based on experience
Position Availability:
- On-call/Casual roles in Assisted Living and Long-Term Care
- Full-Time Night and Evening shifts in Long-Term Care
Evening Shift: 2:30 PM - 11 PM
Night Shift: 10:30 PM - 7 AM

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care and monitoring services to residents, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
Qualifications- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the relevant state
- Valid CPR certification
- Interest in geriatric nursing and rehabilitative practices
- Alignment with PHS's mission and values
- Strong communication skills in English
