Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse LTC

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Folkestone, a progressive and innovative community in Wayzata, Minnesota. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to our residents, consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
Responsibilities- Provide and monitor high-quality clinical care and services to residents
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the State Board of Nursing in Minnesota
- Current CPR certification
- Interest in gerontological nursing and rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices
- Demonstrated compatibility with Presbyterian Homes and Services' mission and operating philosophies
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
