Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse LTC Position

ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing and monitoring high-quality clinical care and services to residents
- Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state(s) where you'll be working
- Current CPR certification
- A passion for gerontological nursing and rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices
- Demonstrated compatibility with our mission and operating philosophies
- The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
