**Responsibilities**

As the Accounting Associate - Office Assistant, you are essential to providing financial and clerical support to our plumbing office. Your responsibilities include:

  • Performing general accounting duties
  • Completing data entry
  • Verifying information
  • Organizing records with meticulous attention to detail
  • Managing and processing invoices
  • Ensuring timely payments
  • Tracking receivables
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including expense reports and reconciliations
  • Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets
  • Preparing financial reports and summaries for management review
  • Offering administrative support to the accounting department
  • Assisting team members with various clerical tasks as needed

**Requirements**

We are looking for a problem-solving clerk who can work Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM while meeting the following qualifications:

  • 3 years of accounting experience
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Great people skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Highly organized with the ability to take on special projects

  • ServiceTitan experience
  • Knowledge of the San Francisco area
  • Current driver's license
  • Bilingual
