Job Title: Associate Account Executive Pioneer

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Account Executive to pioneer software in biology. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating predictable lead generation and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) alongside the product and sales teams.
  • Orchestrate Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns tailored to ICPs.
  • Develop and refine messaging based on outreach data.
  • Navigate and warm up leads for qualification meetings.
  • Book demos and conduct handoffs to our Account Executives to close opportunities.
  • Travel frequently to life sciences conferences around the world.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Account Executive at an early-stage cloud or software company.
  • Background in biology, either through education or professional experience.
  • Evidence of exceptional performance in previous roles.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and best practices.
  • Desire to excel in sales.
