JOB SUMMARY:

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for directing and supervising all aspects of Accounts Receivable and General Accounting processes. This role involves overseeing the accounting team to ensure the precise and timely preparation of financial management reports, including both internal and external monthly financial statements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and manage the accounting personnel to guarantee the accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with key department and operational leaders to maintain a long-term strategic focus on stability and achievement of targeted objectives.
  • Ensure meticulous month-end closing processes, validating the accuracy of the Profit & Loss statement and balance sheet through comprehensive reviews of reconciliations conducted by accountants.
  • Provide strong leadership and support to the accounting team, cultivating a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Oversee daily cash reconciliations, monthly bank reconciliations, and the entry of payroll journal entries.
  • Conduct monthly depreciation analysis and ensure proper posting.
  • Manage all tax calculations, remittances, filings, and postings, including audit management and various tax returns.
  • Assist the Assistant Controller in the development of controls, policies, and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, including progressive supervisory roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management, time management, and leadership abilities; capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other relevant software.
